All services are subject to vehicle availability, weather conditions, traffic conditions, and operational considerations.
Reservations should be made in advance whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
Alpha Limo reserves the right to refuse service for incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent reservations.
Booking confirmations are subject to availability.
Rates are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for:
Extra stops
Additional waiting time
Route changes
Tolls
Parking fees
Special requests
Excessive cleaning requirements
Full payment or a deposit may be required before service is provided.
All payments must be made using approved payment methods.
For airport pickups, we may monitor flight status information to adjust pickup times when possible.
While we strive to accommodate delays, Alpha Limo cannot guarantee availability for significant flight changes, missed flights, or unexpected schedule disruptions.
Domestic arrivals may include a complimentary grace period.
International arrivals may include an extended grace period.
A reasonable waiting period may be provided.
Additional waiting time may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
For the safety and comfort of all parties, passengers agree:
Not to engage in illegal activities.
Not to damage vehicles.
Not to smoke, vape, or use prohibited substances inside vehicles.
Not to distract the chauffeur while the vehicle is in motion.
To wear seat belts when required by law.
Alpha Limo reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger behavior threatens safety or violates these Terms.
Customers are responsible for damages caused by themselves or members of their party, including:
Interior damage
Exterior damage
Excessive cleaning requirements
Property destruction
Repair and cleaning costs may be charged to the customer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Alpha Limo shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, governmental actions, or events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for missed flights, meetings, events, or appointments resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected reservation.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating lost items, Alpha Limo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in vehicles.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:
Unsafe conditions
Illegal activities
Harassment of staff or chauffeurs
Fraudulent bookings
Violation of these Terms
Users agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
