Alpha Limo Denver provides luxury ground transportation services in Denver, Colorado, and surrounding areas. Our pricing is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle type selected
• Service duration (hourly or point-to-point)
• Travel distance and route
• Date and time of service
• Demand and availability
• Special event pricing
• Additional service requests

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

2. Hourly Service Rates

Hourly services are billed based on the vehicle category selected.

Minimum booking requirements apply:

• Sedans and SUVs: Minimum 2–3 hours
• Sprinter Vans and Larger Vehicles: Minimum 3–5 hours
• Special events (weddings, proms, concerts): Minimum hours may increase

Hourly rates include:

• Professional chauffeur
• Fuel
• Standard insurance coverage

Hourly rates do not include:

• Gratuity
• Tolls
• Parking fees
• Airport fees
• Waiting time beyond grace period

3. Airport Transfer Pricing

Airport transfers (Denver International Airport – DEN and other airports) are typically charged as flat rates based on pickup and drop-off location.

Flat rate includes:

• Standard waiting time
• Chauffeur service
• Fuel

Additional waiting time beyond the grace period may incur additional charges.

Grace periods:

• Airport pickups: 45 minutes after landing
• Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes

4. Additional Charges

The following may result in additional fees:

• Extra stops
• Extended waiting time
• Parking fees
• Toll charges
• Airport surcharges
• Special event surcharges
• Holiday surcharges
• Late night service fees
• Cleaning fees (if applicable due to excessive mess or damage)

All additional charges will be billed to the payment method on file.

5. Special Event and Peak Pricing

Pricing may vary during:

• Holidays
• Major events
• Peak travel seasons
• High-demand periods

Alpha Limo Denver reserves the right to adjust pricing based on demand and availability.

6. Reservation and Payment

A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm all reservations.

Payment terms:

• Full payment may be required in advance or at the time of service
• Additional charges incurred during service will be charged automatically
• Corporate accounts may be billed separately based on agreement

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before service: No cancellation fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours: May be subject to full or partial charge
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–10 business days.

8. Pricing Changes

Alpha Limo Denver reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed reservations will be honored at the agreed rate.

While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. Alpha Limo Denver reserves the right to correct pricing errors and notify customers accordingly.
