3. Booking and Reservations

All reservations must be made through:

A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Alpha Limo Denver.

4. Payment Terms

A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm bookings.

• No-show or late cancellation fees

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup may avoid cancellation fees
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged full fare
• No-shows will be charged the full amount

A no-show is defined as failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location without cancellation.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• Treat chauffeurs with respect
• Follow all safety instructions
• Wear seat belts when required
• Avoid illegal activities inside vehicles
• Avoid damaging vehicles

Alpha Limo Denver reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers:

• Engage in illegal behavior
• Damage property
• Pose safety risks
• Are excessively intoxicated

Passengers will be responsible for any damage caused.

7. Waiting Time

Grace periods:

• Airport pickups: 45 minutes
• Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes

Additional waiting time may be charged.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Limo Denver is not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Road closures
• Mechanical issues beyond reasonable control
• Events outside our control

We are not responsible for:

• Missed flights
• Missed appointments
• Lost or forgotten items

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
